We only ships domestically within the Continental United States including Alaska and Hawaii using UPS or FedEx. At this time we do not ship outside the United States.
Shipment processing time
We ship 5 days a week (M-F). Orders placed on Fridays or weekends will ship out the following Monday. All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose and the size of your product order. When you make a purchase on our official webstore, the shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO. Please always submit a valid street address for your shipment.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Your purchase includes sales tax as required by law. The amount of tax charged on your order will depend on the destination of the shipment.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
